Do I need to handle any part of the process myself?

No. Drop & Dash picks up your laundry, washes, dries, and folds it, and delivers it back to your door. You don't even need to be home. Most customers leave bags at the door or with a doorman.

How fast do I get it back?

Orders are returned in 24 hours, guaranteed: clean, folded, and ready to put away.

Will my laundry be mixed with someone else's?

No. Orders are processed separately and are never mixed with other customers' laundry.

Can I choose my detergent or request special handling?

Yes. You can request hypoallergenic detergent or provide your own, and ask for cold wash, hang dry, and other handling preferences. Your preferences are saved and applied to every order.

How does pricing work?

Residential pickup and delivery wash & fold is $1.95 per pound with a 25-pound minimum. Large items such as comforters and pillows are priced separately. New customers get $20 off their first order with code 20OFF.
